Hero: S.W.A.T

Now I have been looking at the code to make it admin only for you, I see that it is a bit messed up, and will make the server quite unstable.

Also there are a ton of model files that need to be downloaded for the hero, witch there are so many of already. So I do not see any purpose on putting this hero on the server.

More download time = less players want to wait

Its as simple as that.
